Nancy Key and her staff have been most helpful to Centro La Familia Advocacy Services in developing and writing proposals critical to the mission of our work. KWC has assisted with projects spanning service areas such as Health and Wellness, Victim Advocacy (human trafficking) and parenting. KWC is a strong support to CLFA’s program expansion from start to finish.

Nancy Key, President
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a secondary teaching credential from California State University, Fresno. In 2015, she received a Bachelor's degree in Diaconal Studies and is an ordained Deacon in the Episcopal Church. Nancy began her professional career as a secondary school teacher. In 1990, after serving as Executive Director of the Fresno YWCA, Nancy established Key Writing Concepts. She has 30 years of experience in program planning, assessment and grant development.

Donna Beavers, Vice President of Operations
Donna joined Key Writing in 1999. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from California State University, Fresno. Donna is an active participant in performing arts groups throughout the region, including San Joaquin Chorale, Clovis Centerstage Community Theater, StageWorks Fresno and Good Company Players. As VP Operations, Donna provides quality control in writing and document development as well as administrative and organizational functions.

Eileen Swift
Eileen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from California State University, Fresno. She has 25 years of experience in writing and graphic design, including annual reports, retail catalogs and advertising as well as corporate newsletters and identity design. She has been a part of the KWC team since 2006, contributing writing, design and research skills.
